Tungsten carbide is guaranteed to keep it's shine and durability for as long as you own your piece. This is why The Robbins Group is able to offer an unheard of Lifetime Warranty on our entire product line. Due to the extreme hardness of tungsten carbide, our wedding bands cannot be resized or altered after it's final form. Rest assured, should your client's finger fluctuate in size over the years, our Lifetime Warranty will replace their ring with no questions asked. The Robbins Group is committed to providing you and your client's with second to none customer service, and our Lifetime Warranty Program is just one more way to serve you. Here are the terms of our Lifetime Warranty Program.
The Robbins Group will replace your ring for any reason. To cover shipping and handling, as well as processing costs, all warranty transactions are subject to a $15 replacement free. To take advantage of our unheard of warranty program, simply mail your original piece to the Robbins Group, along with: a copy of your receipt, a completed warranty form, and payment for your $15. Your replacement piece will be mailed to you within 72 hours of receiving your order. (Note: Those using a check as form of payment will have their replacement piece shipped as soon as their check clears.)
